Gregory is not one of those realtors who pull out their license (or sign) when the real estate market is booming. Gregory is a full time realtor, a very professional one and a very good one. He gave me a very relevant advice on the actual market in Palm Springs, so that my condo (for sale) could be fairly priced (and quickly sold). As a result, we had an offer in less than a week (!)… Only 6 days after my place had been officially put on the market! Gregory also did an incredible job as far as staging my condo with my current furniture and maximizing the potential of this cozy place. Last but not least, Gregory is a good listener and a very perceptive individual as he quickly sensed it was not a very easy decision for me to sell my place… my home.
