Gregory is a great agent. He is thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. He knows Palm Springs very well, and was able to find us exactly the place we were looking for and help us negotiate a great price. Throughout the purchasing process, he was great about keeping us informed and explaining all the steps along the way. Gregory is also great in a crisis. We had the misfortune of running into some issues while closing (not anything to do with Gregory – the seller didn’t disclose everything up front) and Gregory really went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close. He worked closely with the escrow agent and gave us daily updates on the status. I happen to know that Gregory was also working on multi-million dollar listings at the time he was representing us, but he put in a ton of time helping us through the closing process for our small condo, and I really appreciate it.
