Gregory was incredibly helpful and patient during the search process. Not being overly familiar with the area, he was never afraid to offer his candid opinion on whether or not I’d like a certain location, and always offered balanced commentary on the pros and cons of particular areas. However, when it came to the property itself he left the comments and opinions to me, and only provided feedback when asked, and did so in a respectful way so as not to let his personal tastes interfere with mine. I never once felt influenced by Gregory, but rather like I had all the facts in making a decision about whether or not to consider moving forward with a specific property. Once we were in contract, he was incredibly reassuring each step of the way and did a great job of explaining what/why/how things needed to be done. He went above and beyond at times, even going back to the property on multiple occasions to get answers or address concerns so that I could close with 100% peace of mind. I would recommend Gregory in a heart beat to anyone looking to purchase property in Palm Springs.
